Recipe: Layered Salad

Layered Salad – A big hit at the annual dinner:

1 head lettuce 1lb crisp bacon
1 head cauliflower 1 c mayonnaise
1 chopped red onion 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
2 cups frozen peas 1 head broccoli
1/;2 c sesame seeds 1 package shredded cheese

Chop all vegetables and seeds, toss together. Layer on the mixture of the mayo and Parmesan cheese, the shredded cheese and the bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss lightly before serving.
